Steigenberger Grandhotel Brussels

Steigenberger Grandhotel Brussels

At the beginning of the 20th century the Steigenberger Grandhotel was founded as the Wiltcher‘s & Carlton Hotel, a name deeply rooted in grandeur.

The luxurious hotel with its 225 rooms and 42 suites is the leading congress hotel in Brussels situated near the Avenue Louise, Brussels‘ enchanting shopping boulevard.

The project began with an ambitious goal: the renovation of the Royal Suite within only 2 months to receive high official guests.

The two-month deadline was all we had for the redesign, the restoration of antique furniture, and the manufacture of new pieces. All decorative elements, curtains, and carpets had to be designed and produced within the limited period of time. This was only made possible by the close cooperation of the interior designer and our production department. Some parts of the bathroom accessories were manufactured based on old models. A seamless transition from partly new materials to high-quality refurbishment of marble and stone vanity tops was the result of this detailed and complex work.

The excitement of the guests and the owners motivated us to complete the 130 rooms and suites and 264 bathrooms with the same accuracy on a tight schedule.
