We engaged in one of the most exciting fields of activity - a housing development in the heart of Düsseldorf´s old town between Hofgarten and Rhine River Promenade. The former royal county court, protected as a historic monument, was carefully redesigned and equipped with a new building ensemble. The classic interior of the domicile is complemented by modern equipment and sophisticated technology.
Frankonia as owner and developer contracted us as a general contractor to install everything from basic sanitary installations to accessories. After finishing the condominiums we were engaged in the renovations of the bathrooms of the boardinghouse and the office areas as well.
In the executive bathrooms we applied beige Créme d`Algère marble of high quality as wall material and on the vanity tops to accomplish a stylish classy elegance.
We have done our best to constantly fulfill the expectations of the owner of this investment project of 330 Mio. Euro and played our part to get the domiciles ready for the summer 2017 and the boardinghouse ready for operation at the end of 2017.
