The Crowne Plaza is the first hotel of the Albeck & Zehden Group, for which we have already made some renovations. The Crowne Plaza Berlin City Center between Berlin Zoo and Tauentzien is mainly known to international guests and attracts not only business travelers but also families from all over the world.
Thus, in 2018, the successful hotel restaurant Wilson's was to be extended and rebuilt, as the spatial potential had not yet been used to its fullest. Harmony between the various sections of show kitchen, fine dining and winter garden has been achieved by connecting the winter garden to the main restaurant with a bridge.
Our design concept was a mix of Californian flair and urban chic, lots of transparency and colorful freshness. The Wilson's offers exquisite steaks and sophisticated vegetable creations. The design smoothly integrates the kitchen and creates a new world of experience, while seamlessly fitting into the existing public area.
