High-quality hotel renovation in record time - 12 weeks for a new design

The 4-star Mercure Hotel Hannover Oldenburger Allee is located in close proximity to Hannover Airport and the Hannover-Buchholz motorway junction and offers its guests high-quality amenities. The hotel features 150 rooms on six floors, eight conference rooms for events with up to 450 people, and an in-house restaurant, "Le Jardin." Additionally, there is a free gym and 119 on-site parking spaces, including 40 garage spaces.

Due to the consistently high occupancy rate from conference and trade fair guests, a comprehensive modernization of 54 rooms and the partial renovation of 57 bathrooms were carried out. Within a construction period of just 12 weeks, the hotel rooms were completely renovated, including interior renovations and extensive painting and flooring work. In the bathrooms, the bathtubs were replaced with modern shower areas, and the vanity areas were modernized.

The design concept was developed in advance in close consultation with the client. Initial guest reactions to the redesigned rooms have been overwhelmingly positive.
