A successful market entry

The Premier Inn brand from the UK, a subsidiary of the long-established British hospitality company Whitbread PLC, has made great strides in entering the German market in the two years from 2019 to 2021.

We were able to support the redevelopment of the hotels from the very beginning. To date, we have refurbished a total of six properties in Berlin, Dresden, Munich, Nuremberg, Braunschweig and Passau. Each project had its own challenges. The refurbishment of the houses was carried out either during ongoing operations or during a period when they were closed for business. From soft refurbishment to complete refurbishment, we implemented all projects as general contractor on schedule and to the complete satisfaction of our customers.

The Premier Inn Berlin City Centre is only a ten-minute walk from Berlin Zoo and the Tauentzien shopping street and enhances the public area with its charming details and nod to a casual urban lifestyle.
