The owner‘s company Lübecker Bucht Immobilien GmbH transformed a former clinic into the flagship house of the brand White Pearl with 65 spacious holiday apartments. The new brand White Pearl represents five-star vacation property with high standards of design and comfort and full service comparable to a hotel.
The innovative interior design, inspired by the surrounding Timmendorfer Beach, creates efficiency within the living spaces, measuring between 40 and 145 m² and providing up to three bedrooms.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and stylish materials as well as the technologically advanced light concept create an atmospheric ambience, supplemented in the bathrooms by high-quality faucets and accessories as well as the fine marbles Crema Marfil and Emperador Dark.
Bathrooms and saunas function as private spas in the light-flooded apartments, and some of the spacious terraces provide an ocean view.
We were contracted from the beginning of the development process as advisors to the owner and the architects. Our collaboration with both the owner and SKAI architects from Hamburg was complemented during the executive phase by the building company Buxtehuder Baugesellschaft mbH.
We completed the renovations of corridors, staircases, and the representative concierge area, as well as the interior construction in all apartments, from basic heating and sanitary installations, to painting, floor-covering, doors and carpentry work, along with towel hooks and other finishing details.
